Shipping

How and when your Back Forty Co. order ships.

Made to order

Every Back Forty Co. item is made to order. Once you place an order it goes into production, and it ships as soon as it is finished.

How long shipping takes

Shipping usually takes between 5–10 days after your order has been placed, and that window includes production. Holidays, big releases and other busy periods can add time, so we recommend ordering early for gifts.

If your order has more than one item, it may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping cost

Orders of $90 or more ship free. On smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on where the order is going and what is in it.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.

Where we ship

We ship to the destinations offered at checkout. Orders going outside the United States can take longer, often two to four weeks, and may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. Any duties or taxes collected at checkout are shown before you pay.

Changing or canceling an order

Production starts quickly, so an order can only be changed or canceled before it enters production. If you need to fix a shipping address or cancel, email us right away at hello@thebackfortyco.com with your order number.

Lost or damaged packages
